You have a right to have any data that is incorrect, corrected. You have the right to object to the use of your data. When you use the contact information on the website:
We collect your name, email address and any other personal information you supply in an email or during telephone conversations with us. We will only use this data to answer your query or respond to your communication. The information will be kept within our email and administration system. We will keep your information until we no longer have any need to communicate with you. This will typically be 12 months after our last email or phone call. We are processing this data because we have a legitimate interest in promoting our products and services. If your enquiry results in you considering us as a supplier for the goods and services we offer, we are then processing your personal information in connection with negotiating a contract.
Your information is secured with password protected access and our building has CCTV monitoring. The data will not leave the European Union area and is not passed to any third party.
When you subscribe to one of our newsletters:
We collect your name and your email address. We process data for our newsletters with your consent. Each newsletter from us will have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of it. We use Hubspot to manage our newsletters and all data is stored in the UK or Europe.
When you purchase a service from us:
We collect your name, postal address, telephone and your email address. We do this on the basis of a contract between us. Data is stored in the UK and kept for a period of six years from the end of any service provision being completed. We use a third party Stripe for payment processing.
Cookies
We do not use any non-essential cookies on our site.
Analytics
We use Goole Analytics on the site. We use anonymised IP addresses so Google Analytics does not see your IP address. We use Analytics in anonymous mode to measure the effectiveness of our website and to measure traffic and search engine performance. We cannot identify you from this information.
